Salvo worked together with the Compliance and People areas of OCA, one of the most relevant financial institutions in Uruguay, to develop their training courses. Their requirement went beyond the simple design, as there were several strategic considerations in relation to the organization’s target audiences, its infrastructure and its alignment with its parent company, the Brazilian Itaú Unibanco.
