The Chemistry and Pharmacy Association of Uruguay (AQFU) is the main labor union of chemists, pharmacists and related professions in the country.

At the end of 2020, Salvo conducted a study and provided strategic advice on AQFU’s communication strategy, looking mainly at its strengths and weaknesses, target audiences, goals, tools, channels, and messages.

Once we had gained a clear understanding of the organizational structures and issues, we implemented a series of data collection dynamics (interviews with stakeholders and segmented surveys), which allowed us to make a diagnosis and devise a strategic plan.

In 2021, AQFU hired Salvo to update its visual identity, which was applied to its digital platform (website, newsletter). They also entrusted us with the management of their platform and social media, which were used to promote the organization’s activities for one semester. Our work was to adapt visual and written discourses, training the team for its further management and informing the members of the communicational changes that the institution had implemented.
