Between 2017 and 2020, Salvo developed publications for the Office of Planning and Budget (OPP, for its Spanish acronym), which advises the Executive Branch on strategy for the formulation of policies, plans and programs. The creation of editorial materials for this type of stakeholders poses a communicational, formal and aesthetic challenge, for it requires a balance between an attractive visual representation designed for their audiences and the importance of what is shown, thus requiring plenty of research.
