Tecnologías para la Inclusión Financiera (FOMIN + BID + CAF)
Programa TEC-IN

Communicating about innovation and technologies for development is turning the future into the present.

The Technologies for Financial Inclusion Program is an initiative that promoted the presentation of innovative technological solutions to improve access to financial services for low-income populations in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Tec-in was designed jointly by the Multilateral Investment Fund (MIF) of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Development Bank for Latin America (CAF).

Between 2010 and 2012, Salvo Comunicación was hired as an external consultant to create the brand, develop, and implement a strategic communication plan to organize the dissemination of the Program and its international calls for proposals. This management was done in coordination with the Program’s technical team and other consultants from Spain, United States, Mexico, Peru, India.

In addition to the naming process, the development of the visual identity and its implementation, some of the main activities included in the consultancy were assisting in the management of a digital platform in three languages for the dissemination of public calls, news, documents and multimedia material, as well as designing and developing a campaign to promote the results through different media, such as publications, audiovisual pieces, and others.
